Dove Bradshaw (b. 1949, USA) pioneered the use of indeterminancy in sculpture, painting, performance and film. Her explorations uniting science with art anticipated activities of later generations. She has explored the chance positioning of work, the use of materials particularly susceptible to weather, the unpredictability of birds, and the gradual erosion of water. With Anastasi, she has served as artistic advisor for the Merce Cunningham Dance Company, and has had two mid-career exhibitions, at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, 1998, and Baruch College, City University of New York, 2003. Her work is represented in the permanent collections of major museums in the U.S., Europe and Russia.

Dove Bradshaw has since 1988 exhibited in many solo exhibitions through Stalke Galleri.
