A History of Innovation
Founded in 1987, Stalke Galleri has established itself as a prominent name in modern and contemporary art. Located now in Kirke Sonnerup, a tranquil village surrounded by scenic landscapes in central Zealand, the gallery serves as a sanctuary for artists and art enthusiasts alike. From its inception, Stalke has been recognized for fostering innovation and experimentation, with a particular focus on neo-conceptual and minimalist art.

One of the gallery's most pioneering initiatives is the "Stalke Out Of Space" project. This concept seeks to redefine traditional notions of where art should be displayed. Stalke Collection: A Treasure of Art History
Beyond its exhibitions, the gallery is home to the "Stalke Collection," which features an extensive array of modern art from the 1960s to the present day. Many of the works in this collection are by artists who have previously exhibited at Stalke Galleri, creating a cohesive narrative of modern art's evolution.
