Stalke Out Of Space is pleased to present project no. 12: 17.00 CET. An exhibition with six of the most radical and experimental artists today.

Olafur Eliasson, Michael Elmgreen / Henrik Olesen, Joachim Koester, Ann Kristin Lislegaard, Christine Melchiors, Lars Bent Petersen.

Six young artists who, over recent years, have shown the will and courage to explore new paths. Often with complex works that are not afraid to demand something from the viewer. Common to many of the works is an often understated and minimalistic aesthetic, built upon a broad network of references and meanings.

The artists in the exhibition 17.00 CET were all born in the 1970s and share a common cultural and generational background, which forms the basis for personal interpretations of the surrounding world, where both the subjective and the social/political are often treated on equal terms.

17.00 CET is an attempt to bring together some of these expressions and, for the first time, showcase them together.
