Stalke Gallery is pleased to announce our participation in the upcoming Art Frankfurt 2000 and looks forward to welcoming you at booth number:

At Art Frankfurt, we will showcase new and retrospective works by the following artists:

William Anastasi (b. 1933, U.S.A.) lives and works in New York. In his work, he has engaged with the classic Conceptualist issues of authenticity, originality, reproduction, and multiplicity.
Since 1981, Anastasi has worked with the word “Jew,” first as a drawing and then in 1985 as a painting, and now, as a natural development, the project is presented as prints.
William Anastasi is represented in a number of collections, e.g., Museum of Modern Art, New York; Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; Leo Castelli, New York; The Art Institute of Chicago; Philadelphia Museum of Art, Philadelphia; Kunstmuseum Düsseldorf, Germany, etc.
At Art Frankfurt, William Anastasi will present new and retrospective prints and drawings.

Per Bak Jensen (b. 1949, Denmark) lives and works in Copenhagen, where he is a senior lecturer in photography at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.
He has held several solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Denmark and abroad.
Per Bak Jensen is represented in several museum collections, e.g., Arken Museum of Modern Art, Copenhagen; The Royal Library, Copenhagen; Bibliothèque Nationale, Paris; The International Center of Photography, New York; and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
At Art Frankfurt, Per Bak Jensen will present new and retrospective works.
