ON VIEW 6 formed part of Stalke Galleri’s ongoing ON VIEW exhibition series, which from this point onward was presented twice annually. The exhibitions brought together selected works from the Stalke Collection, which consists of works dating from the 1960s to the present. New works were continuously introduced and gradually integrated into the ON VIEW presentations.
The ON VIEW exhibitions functioned as an overview of the gallery’s artistic network and collection, offering visitors the opportunity to experience works across generations, media, and artistic positions. Rather than being thematically defined, the format emphasized dialogue and relationships between the works.
Today, Stalke Gallery no longer operates with regular opening hours. Visits to the ON VIEW exhibitions therefore take place by appointment only, allowing for a more focused and contemplative encounter with the works within the gallery setting.
