ON VIEW 1
Stalke Galleri, Kirke Sonnerup, invited the public to the exhibition ON VIEW 1, which opened on October 24 from 12–5 PM.
On View 1was a presentation of works from the Stalke Collection together with new works by the artists themselves. The exhibition reflected Stalke’s profile and pointed toward new directions. With On View 1and the subsequent On Viewexhibitions, the gallery aimed to invite the public to experience new aspects of Stalke Galleri.
Søren Dahlgaard exhibited his work Breathing Painting, and new works were also presented by Jes Brinch, Nikolaj Recke, Anne Bennike, Sigurður Sigurjónsson, Kristian von Hornsleth, and William Anthony. Additionally, Maj-Britt Boa exhibited at the gallery for the first time.
From the Stalke Collection, the exhibition included a large ceramic work from the late 1990s by Niels Erik Gjerdevik, along with previously unseen works by Olafur Eliasson, Dove Bradshaw, and Albert Mertz.
